Lord, my body feels older this year. My knees are slow, and I get tired early now. But Your Word says that in old age we will still bear fruit, healthy and green. Restore my health. Keep my mind clear and my heart strong. Help me get up each morning with joy. Let me hold my grandchildren, help my neighbors, and serve You well for many more years. My whole life is still in Your hands, and Your hands are good.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
