Pray it now
Lord, I come to You tired and in need of Your touch.
Restore what sickness and pain have worn down in me.
Ease the aches in my body and lift the heaviness from my mind.
Where I hurt, bring Your gentle relief. Where I am anxious, bring Your quiet peace.
Renew my strength a little more each day, and calm every restless thought.
Help me to breathe slowly and rest in the truth that You are caring for me.
Thank You for holding me through this. I trust Your healing hand.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
